IMOTI Ltd. is one of the foundation members of The National Real Property Association (NRPA), established in 1992. NRPA is a non-governmental, independent branch organization, incorporating real estate agencies and individuals dealing with real estates in Bulgaria. The General Manager of IMOTI Ltd Valentin Saykov is one of the first Board Members of the association.
In 2003 IMOTI Ltd. became a member of FIABCI – Bulgaria, a non-profit association, which is a member of the oldest International Real Estate Federation – FIABCI, headquartered in Paris, France. The General Manager of IMOTI Ltd. is President of the Board Members of FIABCI – Bulgaria.
