BUSINESS MEETING AMONG THE BIGGEST IN “REAL ESTATES” SECTOR IN RUSSIA AND BULGARIA |
The second business – forum between FIABCI-BULGARIA and FIABCI-RUSSIA took place in "Pirin Golf & Country Club" near Razlog from February the 20th to February the 27th. The forum topic was “Skiing and SPA real estate market in Bulgaria and the healthy style of life”. In the forum opening the mayor of Razlog Municipality – Krasimir Gerchev and the main sponsor of the happening – the executive director of “Balkanstroy” (Joint-stock Company) Yordan Canazirev took part.
Among the Russian guests the elected president of the international real estate federation FIABCI – Alexaner Romanenko and the managers of some of the biggest broker agencies in Russia such as "Best nedvizhimost", "Zhilishtna initsiativa" и "Advex"are worth mentioning. Private investors interested in the Bulgarian real estate business as well as journalists of some of the most influential and luxurious Russian real estate magazines-"Dom zarubezhom" and "Bolgarskey dom" took part in the occasion.
Owners and managers of the biggest and well established agencies having business relations with Russia, members of FIABCI, building entrepreneurs and law firms were among the Bulgarian hosts.
The real estate market tendencies of the “second home” type in Bulgaria were being discussed during the forum. The peculiarities of the main destinations Russian clients are interested in: North and South Black Sea coast, mountain resorts, balneo and SPA complexes were presented.
Law norms and hindrances before Russian buyers intending to buy property in Bulgaria as well as the regulation of permanent stay for foreigners in our country and its influence on the real estate market were also discussed.
All of the discussion participants gathered around the opinion that the Russians are still “buyers №1” of second home properties in Bulgaria. According to the manager of “Imoti”Ltd and former chairman of FIABCI – BULGARIA Valentin Saykov the first positive signs for Bulgarian vacation estates have appeared on the background of the deepening crisis in Greece and the tumult in the Arabic world.
After the lectures and discussions the Russian guests were shown some of the most preferable vacation complexes in the region of Pirin.
