There is a crisis now, the real estate prices are going down, and more and more attractive offers are appearing.
Some of the real customers lost their interest in purchasing due to high risk for the incomes or are waiting for better circumstances for their deals.
One minimal part of the real customers though stayed active in the market and either with cash available or with a credit they are looking to buy their home. Since recently I’m in this group of people having money and searching for a home. This moment is the toughest so far.

I started calling the numbers on the internet ads and on 80% of the cases I was told that the offers are not up to date. Why didn’t they put a little effort to update them then? The few up to date offers that met my requirements I was able to check in a couple of days but nothing drew my attention. It was just not my home.
Then the agents with the outdated offers started calling me and offering me the homes I had already seen. I was even offered a home regarding which another agency had told me it had already been sold. They also offered me things that were costlier, located in another district, or in a worse state. It seemed most of them hadn’t listened to me at all, or they were just trying to sell whatever they had.
It was just a week ago that I made a contact with an agent from Imoti LTD. That was the only person who did not hurry to offer me what they had but was willing to have a conversation with me. What exactly am I looking for, why exactly in these districts, why exactly that size. Next day he called and said he had 3 offers for me, two of them fully matching my criteria and the third were in different district from what I had stated. I refused to see that last one; I had had enough of being taken around unnecessarily, although the price was good. But the other two were really what I had been looking for.
Before meeting the owners of the home I again saw the agent; I was shown what the average prices in the district were and what to expect at the discussion of the price. The agent and I managed to bargain a little discount on the price and I signed a preliminary contract with a minimal deposit. The agency lawyer took utmost care to protect my interests and abide by my conditions regarding the preliminary contract. Even the smallest detail was kept.
On Monday we will conclude the deal and next month I will have a new home! Thank you Imoti LTD!
