IMOTI OOD (ESTATES LTD.) was registered in April 1993. The Company quickly excelled as one of the leading and competent companies that formed the face of the market of real properties in Bulgaria.

 IMOTI OOD mediates in deals of purchase and sale and lease of housing, offices, industrial and commercial facilities, construction terrains. The company’s skilled brokers and the excellent information base guarantee prompt and high-quality services. The competent legal service ensures protection against unscrupulous contracting parties and prevents our clients from making steps that are not fully compliant with the applicable legal norms.

 An important tendency in the company’s activity are the consultancy services in the field of immovable properties. IMOTI OOD has experts who have graduated from courses for licensed assessors.

  IMOTI OOD is one of the companies that founded the National Association for Immovable Property. It unites nowadays the biggest and most competent real estates agencies in the country. Its members strive to establish high professionalism and propriety in mutual relations with clients.

 During the past few years IMOTI OOD developed as an investment-construction company. It has accumulated ample potential for realisation of investment projects in the field of construction – finding, surveying and contracting suitable terrains, design, building and sale of the projects under construction.

 In 1999 a block of flats with office section was completed and delivered for use in the center of Sofia. In early 2003 the construction was finalised of a similar building in the vicinity of Rousski Pametnik (the Russian Monument). In 2005 the construction of a business-center in ‘Positano’ street with a total floor space of 3300 sq.m. was finished.

 The building of residential and office properties, meeting all contemporary requirements is continuing with two office buildings, placed on Tzarigradsko Shosse Blvd and with a residential block in the southern region of Sofia.
 The Star Mil Business Center is situated at one of the most strategic locations in Sofia – the intersection of Tsarigradsko Chaussee Blvd. and Brussels Blvd. The new Business Center will offer all modern conveniences for its occupants.
 Our newest and most ambitious initiative is the holiday village project.

 The General Manager of IMOTI OOD is Valentin Saykov – one of the first owners of a real estates agency in Sofia. He is the founder of the ‘Imoti’ newspaper – the first specialised newspaper on real property in Bulgaria. Mr. Saykov is also founder and member of the Board of Management of the National Association for Immovable Property. As from January 1994 he is a licensed assessor of real estates.
